To perform identity and access management which includes managing the roles and access privileges of individual users and the circumstances in which users are granted (or denied) those privileges. The main goal of this role is to “grant access to the right enterprise assets to the right users in the right context, from a user’s system onboarding to permission authorizations to the off boarding of that user as needed in a timely fashion.
Identity & Access Management 1. To perform identity and access management which includes managing the roles and access privileges of individual users and the circumstances in which users are granted (or denied) those privileges 2. Participate in the selection and adoption of automated tools that enforce or monitor the compliance with information security policies, procedures, standards and baselines. 3. It will involve all technical aspects of identity and access management and require participation in project oriented work 4. Perform access recertification on a periodic basis Continuous Improvement Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Recommend improvements to departmental procedure and direct the implementation of instructions and controls covering a specific area of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. Statements and Reports Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet CBQ and department requirements, policies and standards. Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed. Minimum Qualifications: • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent Minimum Experience: • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in system security. Knowledge, & Other skills: • Information Security Principles • Identity Access Management • Role Base Access Control • Time Management. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • High computer literacy skills. • Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities. • Arabic speaking preferred.
