• Source potential candidates through TBTD’s recruitment channels.• Participate in evaluation and monitoring the efficiency of existing sourcing channels propose any adjustments if needed.• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements• Reflect ownership and proactive mindset in Hiring Manager and departmental interactions.• Foster long-term relationships with applicants and potential candidates to deliver. • Active participation in initiatives owned by the Talent Acquisition function including but not limited to Candidate Experience, Corporate Induction Program, Job Descriptions Creation, and Maintenance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management. • 2 years of experience within Human Resources Development, focusing on recruitment and Talent Acquisition.• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. • Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
