The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the organization’s marketing strategy, driving brand growth, increasing market share, and generating qualified leads through innovative, data-driven campaigns. This role oversees the entire marketing department, manages cross-functional initiatives, and ensures alignment with business objectives.
 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support business goals.
• Lead branding, advertising, PR, digital marketing, and content efforts.
• Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across all channels (digital, traditional, events, etc.).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI reporting.
