My client, an international Developers is seeking a Facilities Management Director to oversee the pre-opening of a large apartment / Hotel project and through to implementation and maintenance, you will have at least 15 years’ experience within FM / MEP of large buildings and Hotel projects – it would fit someone who is currently/ or previously a Director of Engineering for a large hotel project from pre-opening stage and onwards.
