Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Data Entry Associate with advanced Excel skills to support our e-commerce product submission process. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining product data across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate listings and adherence to platform requirements. You will also need to have experience with Dropbox for file management and be proficient in following detailed instructions in the English language.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Data Entry for Product Listings: Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation) to prepare and upload product data (titles, descriptions, prices, SKUs, images, etc.) to e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.
- Product Data Management: Accurately input and update product information in Excel spreadsheets, ensuring all data is correct and properly formatted for submission.
- Adhere to Instructions: Carefully follow detailed instructions in English to ensure product data is aligned with platform requirements, and make necessary adjustments to meet compliance standards.
- File Management in Dropbox: Organize and manage product files (images, data sheets, etc.) in Dropbox, ensuring files are appropriately named and easily accessible for team collaboration.
- Product Variation Handling: Manage product variations (size, color, style) within Excel and across platforms, ensuring accurate representation of all variations.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on product data to identify and correct any errors before submission to e-commerce platforms.
- Track and Resolve Submission Issues: Monitor product submission statuses, troubleshoot errors or rejections, and work with platform support teams to resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure product data is updated accurately and consistently across all platforms and that files in Dropbox are maintained correctly.
