Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Deputy General Manager with a strong background in the lighting industry to lead business operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in delivering business results.
- Lead overall business operations and execute strategic growth plans within the lighting sector
- Own and drive revenue targets and full P&L responsibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting market
- Ensure strong alignment between commercial, technical, and operational teams
- Lead and develop department heads to achieve high performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and suppliers in the lighting industry
- Report directly to the Board and support high-level strategic decisions
