Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with a good understanding of the employment market. He/She will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing successful programs, contributing to sales, onboarding, and training clients, and minimizing churn.  As a Customer Success Specialist, you should also be able to provide insights to our clients on recent business trends and improve customer experience through product support and tailored solutions

Responsibilities

• Develops a customer relationship that promotes product or solution usage, retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
• Acts as a point of contact between the client and other internal teams regarding the client’s feedback.
• Follows up with clients on the status of vacancies and optimizes the workflow to meet required KPIs and targets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging our services effectively and finding value in our services
• Work closely with the Sales team and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal with the assistance of the sales team
• Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage
• Works closely on retaining different accounts and clients
