???? Now Hiring: Customer Service Agents – Night Shift  
We are currently hiring for multiple roles within our Customer Service team, including Frontline, Back Office, and Billing positions.

???? Job Responsibilities  
– Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat  
– Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are handled efficiently  

???? Salary & Benefits  
– 30,000 EGP Gross Salary  
– 17,000 EGP Net Salary  
– 3,000 EGP Transportation Allowance

⏰ Working Hours  
– Fixed night shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM  
– 5 working days per week (Monday – Friday)  
– 2 days off per week  
– 1-hour lunch break  
Overtime is available for productive employees for additional income.

– Egyptian nationals only  
– Open to graduates, undergraduates, dropouts, and gap-year candidates  
– All universities are accepted  
– English proficiency: B2+ to C1  
– Ability to commit for at least 6 months
