Job Description:

  • Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work.
  • Weekly reporting to the CFO with all total inventory adjustments including the percentage of shrinkage against sales.
  • Review operating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs.
  • Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
  • Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.
  • Interpret budget directives and establish policies for carrying out directives.
  • Generate coding function on ERP system by coding all materials and products after aligning with ERP team.
  • Be sure that all required submissions via system are done according to the internal and global deadline.
  • Make all other month-end closing entries and share them with accounting team to be submitted on Trial Balance.
  • Assisting on feasibility studies and reviewing procurement cost reports.
  • Spot, quarterly and annually checking warehouses.
  • Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.
  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis to compare operating programs, review financial requests or explore alternative financing methods.
  • Review material and labor requirements to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.
  • Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to reduce cost.
  • Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests.
  • Apply HSE Regulations.
