Job Description:
- Lead and oversee all construction and execution activities to ensure full compliance with project drawings and schedules.
- Efficiently manage available resources to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Represent the company before consultants and manage the handover of completed works to ensure timely technical approvals.
- Identify and analyze site risks, and develop proactive contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
- Prepare Method Statements and supervise their accurate implementation by site teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor adherence to quality standards and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Control and track project operational costs within the approved budget.
- Oversee and manage contractual claims.
- Evaluate engineering and technical staff performance, and facilitate knowledge transfer to enhance team capabilities.
