Junior BIM MEP Engineer

We are looking for a motivated entry-level BIM Engineer to join our design and construction team. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into multidiscipline BIM coordination. You’ll build and maintain 3D models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, support clash detection, and help keep our project models accurate, coordinated, and standards-compliant.

We’ll invest in your development — you’ll learn directly from senior coordinators and gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from design through construction.

What you will do:

• Develop and update 3D BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Revit.
• Assist senior coordinators with clash detection and interference checks in Navisworks.
• Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, and adherence to BIM standards and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Help compile coordination reports, mark-ups, and clash logs for design and site teams.
• Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from federated models.
• Support model federation and version control across disciplines.
• Attend coordination meetings, take notes, and track action items.
• Keep project files organized within the common data environment (CDE).

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to AutoCAD, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar CDE platforms.
• Awareness of ISO 19650 or other BIM standards.
• Any BIM, Revit, or Navisworks certification.
