Job Description:
1. Manage the entire implementation site work including foremen, technicians, etc..
2. Organize materials and ensure site safety
3. Receive and validate incoming project design with project planning and ensure technical feasibility
4. Ensure implementation is as per client requirements and design specifications
5. Evaluate subcontractors work and report to project planning and procurement
6. Manage day-to-day project activities, deliverables and expenses
7. Manage work assignment & allocation for foremen across different projects to ensure optimal resource utilization
8. Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
9. Manage sub-contractors across project phases
10. Manage site petty cash operations and settle with finance team
11. Shadow senior site engineers regarding all duties and responsibilities
