Deal directly with customers either by telephone, live chat or email.Plan ready-made & tailored travel offers.Respond promptly to customer inquiries.Increase the customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently.Provide pricing information.Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.Meet revenue and Sales targets.Design tailored packages for the customers enjoying unforgettable vacations. Consult the customers with the best options for their trips. 

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Customer care oriented.Call Center experience is a must.Sales experience is a must.GDS experience or Amadeus Basic course is preferred.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.Fluency in English is preferred.
