Job tasks include: Telesales Representative Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services offering using scripts.Learn details about our services offerings.Address any questions or issues customers may have.Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.Answer questions about our services or the company.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Take and process orders in an accurate manner.Job RequirementsVery Good English language is a must.Good Computer Skills is a must.Bachelor Degree is a must.2+ years of experience is a must Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales role is a must.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits and describe/explain them to prospects.Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.

Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar roleExperience in a sales position is a plusAbility to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learningHands-on experience with e-learning platformsExcellent organizational skillsSolid communication and presentation abilitiesBSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant fieldAdditional certification in training is a plus
