Technical Manager (Hard FM) – NEOM area remote location – Facilities Management Service Provider
The Saudi Arabia market is continuing with its 2030 Vision and the Kingdom is already home to some of the most exciting and eye catching developments in the world today.
Our client is an FM company already established in KSA. They have a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types. They are currently seeking a Technical Hard Services Manager to join their KSA operation. The successful candidate will be based in the NEOM area and will be required to work single status at company provided accommodation. Day to day duties will be to manage a team of technical blue collar workers delivering MEP maintenance services such as HVAC and electrical. Candidates should have experience in managing a team of blue collar workers delivering high level maintenance services. They should have good spoken Arabic language and be able to communicate well, ensuring client satisfaction and development of the relationship.
Requirements:
? To work single status in a remote location staying in company provided accommodation
? Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Experience
? Technical qualification (Mechanical or electrical)
? Experience managing a blue collar technical team
? Excellent Arabic language skills
? Good report writing skills
