• Overview: As a System Specialist, you will be the backbone of our data operations for sales and stock, ensuring seamless handling, preparation, and processing of critical information using our specialized systems. You’ll work with our specialized tools and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our daily routines.
• Responsibilities: You’ll be at the heart of our system operations, working every day to handle, prepare, load, and process data. This includes utilizing system tools to perform various tasks such as matching new customers with existing ones, aligning new product codes with existing products, and executing assignments delegated by your team leader. Your keen eye for detail will ensure all data-related tasks are completed with the highest precision.
• Skills & Technologies: This role requires a strong command of computer systems, including excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. You will be actively working with specialized systems, Excel and text files, requiring moderate, practical knowledge of these tools.
