Job Description :

Main duties include the following:Establishing profit targets and action plansMaking periodic result reviews and demand forecastsEstablishing collaborations and cooperative relations with other departmentsMaking and maintaining a good and safe work environmentPlanning parts manpower needs.Arranging the team time shifts and employees rotations between branches.Evaluating and monitoring the performance of department employees.Coaches staff on non-technical and know-how of the job.Establishing and implementing activities to increase fulfillment rate for customer satisfaction, profitability of parts/accessories.Authorizing and implementing operations within the guidelines assigned by the companyManaging department expenditures.Other duties as assigned by his manager.Performance Standards (KPIs)Achievement of parts/accessory objectives (sales, gross profits, department profits)Achievement of parts sales per UIO objectiveAchievement of parts pales by outletAchievement of parts sales per outdoor sales personAchievement of parts gross profit objectiveAchievement of accessory sales per new vehicle sales objectiveAchievement of accessory gross profit objectiveAchievement of day of supply objectiveAchievement of line item fulfillment rate objectiveAchievement of repair order fill rate objective

Job Requirements :

Bsc degree In Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.Heavy Trucks Experience is a must.7+ years’ experience in heavy trucks parts sales channels (Fleet, retail, service and tenders).Proven work experience as an Indoor sales manager.Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
