-Sales of Spare Parts ranges through an agreed Target list of customers across the Branch / Regional Territory.
-New Customer Sales Targeting & development across all target business sectors.
-Collection of all debt associated with Target Customer List & any new Customers.
-Develop Customer Visit Plan to ensure Customers receive adequate service levels and visits according to the customer’s sales & sales potential.
-Face to face customer visits made monthly with good feedback from the visit provided on the oracle visit report system.
-Regularly maintained Customers Fleet information sent to National Parts Sales Manager.
-Take Part in all Promotional Activity when required through the business.
-Take an active role in working closely with the Branch Team projecting a professional and supportive image to our customers at all times.
-To support the Regional Parts Sales Manager in maximizing sales, profitability and all aspects of the efficient management of Part Sales Operation.
-When necessary liaise with branches and Sales, Service and Finance to provide a high level of support from the Parts Sales Operation.
-To develop an acceptable level of active pipeline quotations to ensure achievement of Sales Targets each month.
- Minimum 3 years Parts Technical Experience
- BA or Diploma in Mechanical Field
