Job Description :

Managing daily operation and scheduling duties for all employees.Daily briefing with staff;Assigning rooms and masseurs/ masseuses for treatment;Following Opening/Closing procedures of SPA;Taking care about hygiene and high standards of service in all areas of the place.Ensuring that all employees are following Company’s rules and policies;Responsible for Sign In/ Out of employees (uniform, name tags, appearance);Welcoming guests, collecting Medical guest’s info and getting feedback, solving problems;Communicating with Head Office about all issues happened during operation.

Job Requirements :

Good computer skills;Good knowledge of English language (additional language appreciated);Education: Faculty of Physical education;Hospitable and guest oriented;Good Leadership, Organization and Communication skills;Work experience in health care, SPA or Hospitality.
