Job Description :

The role of the IT Services Delivery Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to Strict deadlines and within budget. Develop, establish, and enforce quality assurance standards and Measures for the information technology services within the organization. Oversee the daily and long-term Strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the organization. The IT Service Delivery Manager will also develop and implement procedures for tracking company IT Assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.

Job Requirements :

Supervision of Subordinates: Organize and supervise the activities and work of Project’s Stakeholders to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policyBudgets and Plans: Shares in preparing IT Sector and projects’ dedicated budgets and monitors expenditures versus the planned budget, so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues and areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions covering all areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement. Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet organization’s and department requirements, policies and standards.Direct and manage project development from beginning to endDefine project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior management and stakeholders.Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and Presentations.Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.Formulate and implement processes and procedures for tracking and analyzing technical and financial data  of company software, hardware, and equipment from requisition through Retirement.Develop change control processes, practices, and guidelines for new and existing Technologies.Compare licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts against audits to ensure company’s legal compliance and asset upkeep, upgrades, repair, and replacement.Perform Inventory audits and usage monitoring of all IT assets and record all findings, changes, Physical location, and incidences of support.Communicate with external IT 3rd parties.Tracking, reporting, and controlling IT service agreement level for Incidents management, requests management & Configurations management Qualifications:-University degree.Previous experience in one of the following (managing and delivering Projects/ IT Quality Management Systems /Assets lifecycle management)Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level Agreement accomplishments.Basic Knowledge of IT Project Management frameworks and standards (ITIL, Service Desk tools, PMP, Prince2…etc)Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills.Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Able to conduct research into issues and products as required.Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound Decisions in emergency situations.Highly self-motivated and directed.Keen attention to detail.Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong customer service orientation.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.Ability to conduct research into application issues and products.
