Identify the Service center budget, network expansion plan each year as per the top management planMonitor expenses and control the budget for maintenanceProvide regular monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for each service center to the top managementBe responsible of the P&L of each service centerSupervise and evaluate the team to make sure they are performing their work efficientlyOversee the performance of the service centers and the day-to-day operationsHire the required employees as per the plan with the managementDevelop maintenance process and ensure they are being implemented at the service centers
