Job Description :

 Executing operational office needs (maintenance, facilities, stationery supplies…etc.).Handling assets purchasing cycle and following up their maintenance.Handling social insurance (processing new employee’s papers, resignations, etc.)Maintaining a variety of employment files and records.Handling medical insurance operational claims and requests.Handling internal and external travel requests (flight bookings, car rentals, issuing visas, hotel bookings, etc.).Dealing with the different relevant service providers and suppliers.Organizing external events and staff meetings.

Job Requirements :

3-5 years of experience in Personnel and Operations.Excellent English (verbal and written).Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)Independence and Problem-Solving Skills.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
