Job Summary: As a Marketing Executive, you play a pivotal role in driving the success of the company’s promotional efforts. Your responsibilities encompass coordinating and overseeing campaigns across a spectrum of platforms, ranging from traditional to digital media.
Reports To: Group Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing Marketing Plans:
– Formulate comprehensive marketing plans and calendars aligned with key objectives and business goals.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Utilize data-based analytics tools to analyze the performance of digital and social media campaigns as well as sales campaigns.
– Generate weekly reports summarizing campaign results and present data in an easy-to-understand format for management review.
3. Competitor Monitoring:
– Monitor competitor activities, strategies, and market trends.
– Identify and generate leads based on competitor products and services both in the digital and offline space.
4. Coordination with Social Media Team:
– Collaborate closely with the social media team to ensure the effective implementation of marketing calendars.
– Provide support and information to enhance the overall performance of social media campaigns.
5. Product and Service Launch Coordination:
– Coordinate the launches of new products and services, both with external partners and within the company.
– Ensure that launch strategies are well-executed and aligned with marketing objectives.
6. Task Execution:
– Execute tasks assigned by the direct manager promptly and efficiently.
– Carry out responsibilities in a manner that is in the best interest of the company and does not conflict with its objectives.
7. Adaptability and Initiative:
– Stay adaptable and proactive in responding to changes in the marketing landscape.
– Take the initiative to identify new opportunities for marketing and sales growth.
8. Communication Skills:
– Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
– Present findings, reports, and proposals in a clear and concise manner.
9. Collaboration:
– Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing efforts.
10. Continuous Learning:
– Stay informed about industry trends, marketing tools, and technologies.
– Continuously seek opportunities for professional development.
Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Requirement Open for Arab Nationals Only.
-Experience in F&B Industry is a must.
– Proven experience in marketing coordination, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
– Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing platforms.
– Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
