About the Job:E- commerce projectsManaging all online marketing activities by utilizing techniques including retargeting, social advertising, SEM, SEO, PPC and web analytics.Overseeing the social media strategy for the company, and managing the online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.Improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.Evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.Responsibilities:Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels

Job Requirements :

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field3-5 years of experience in digital marketingDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Working knowledge of ad serving toolsExperience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
