Job Description :
Supervise and lead all the security team members and ensure the implementation of security plans.Monitor the distribution of the security team members in their spots inside the factories area to ensure a safe and disciplined work environment.Supervise and monitor all the gates’ (in / out) movement transactions while coordinating with the concerned departments.Oversee the security cameras’ control room.Manage and lead responses to emergencies and alarms and compile incident reports.Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.Make periodic internal inspections to maintain a smooth workflow in the factories’ area. Manage any daily operations related to the security processes.Prepare security budget and monitoring expenses.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant major4 to 5 years of experience in same position.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Organizer & good planner.Analyzing & Good problem-solving skills.Time-management.
