Job Description :

Review & maintain organized and detailed records and documents of all Sanitary ware projects (i.e. shop drawings, quantity surveying, purchase orders, etc.) and coordinate with different departments to get these documents issuedMonitor sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers’ activities to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.Follow-up on the deliveries and invoices of the received Sanitary ware materials.Develop or implement policies, standards, or procedures for Sales engineering team and technical work for sanitary ware.Provides responses to bids, proposals, and contract negotiationsAnalyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and proceduresProvide advice regarding the interpretation of contract terms and conditions to company departments for clarification.Manage the cost analysis and cost control of site activities.Review technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors.Prepare internal weeklymonthly  Sale team reports necessary, to monitor, control, and support decision-makingSales Plan and implement Sanitary ware projectsDefine tasks and required resourcesManage budget Allocate Sanitary ware project resourcesCreate schedule and project timeline Track deliverablesMonitor and report on Sanitary ware project progressPresent to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutionsImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

Job Requirements :

Bachelor degree in civil or Science or architectural Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in Sales construction projectsExcellent knowledge of market, sub-contractors and materials’ sanitary ware competitor analysis.Review tender documents and prepare contract analysis report including main points, concerns, and risks to be considered during the pricing process and taking decisions.Responsible for dealing with key persons for main sanitary ware projects.Review contracts drafted by other parties in order to maintain minimum risks to the company.Draft all correspondences necessary for the Projects to preserve company rights.Skills certificates:Proficiency as leadership to lead sales team for projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.communication & presentation skillsLeadership skills.project Management Professional (PMP)Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
