Job Description :

Organize the campaigns and promotionsDeveloping a brand strategy, Analyze brand positioning in the market.Provide service training and technical support to sales team.Study the market intelligence information about competitors’ local activities and services.Feedback for product plans and supports the business plan process.Conduct product presentation for sales and customers.Represent the company by visiting customers to get feedback on company products and services.Acquire up-to-date information about competitor’s services.Provide accurate analysis of the market for all services and market segments.Pro-active in conjunction with sales force to find new market segments and customer needs.Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts.Provide technical product support for the sales force.Key person between the company and supplier.Create and build strong relationships with key customer influences at all levels of their organization by providing sales, marketing and technical support. Communicating frequently through all channels and providing guidance that will help our customers be successful with our services.Establish and maintain relationships with new and current customers.Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.Control, Monitor Sales staff and their activities on daily basis to achieve their target.Communicate and present on sales strategies, goals and outcomes.Identify new target markets and local strategies to increase brand awareness.Assist in preparation of annual sales budget, capital budget, expense budget.Monitor & report market intelligence to the management, competition prices to place service pricing.Prepares and presents sales contracts/lease agreements.Providing weekly & monthly reportsReview and negotiate the KPI’s & daily sales activities.

Job Requirements :

+5 years sales experience in the (Heavy Equipment and Types/ Trucks and Types) is a must.University Degree.Good understanding of market dynamics and requirements (i.e. Heavy Equipment and trucks).Very good command of EnglishExcellent presentation, communications and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Good interpersonal skills and high task orientation.Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.Experience in aspects of CRM.Available for domestic travel to make deals.Alexandria resident is a must.
