Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced sales manager to join our team in the training field. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our training programs. The sales manager will be expected to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and drive new business opportunities.Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersIdentify and pursue new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales projectionsWork closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaignsCollaborate with the training team to identify and meet the needs of clientsAttend industry online events and conferences to network and showcase our training programsEnsure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of sales experience in the training industryProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWorking hours : 9 am to 5 pmWorking Location : from Home
