The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the sales team’s target.Providing guidance, coaching and training to the sales teamsProducing periodical sales reports.Planning and implementing  sales strategies within the teams.Providing periodical market study report.Opening corporate deals all over the provinces.The Sales Manager is reporting to the CEO.(Attractive salary and commission schemes)

Job Requirements :

3-5 proven work experience as a Sales ManagerCompetencies he/she must have:Leadership skills.Fluent English; spoken and written. Coaching skills. Verbal and writing communication. Reports writing skills. Business ethics. Dealing with a CRM. Selling, persuasion and negotiation’s skills. .Can deal with various types of characters.Showing dedication and commitment to Work in all times especially tough ones.Is able to travel for deals across the country. Can train, motivate and reward the sales team for better results
