Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presenceOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representativesPresent sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements :

Strong business sense and industry expertise  Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skillsSuccessful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsExperience in planning and implementing sales strategies.Commercial awarenessBSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field3 to 5 years of experience in the same fieldUp to date with food and beverages trends and best practicesUnderstanding of sales performance metricsLeadership skills.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
