Sales & Business Development Executive – Pools & Equipment

About the Role

We are hiring a high-energy Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue across two complementary businesses:

• Fox Pools — Swimming pool construction & finishing (B2C sales to individual homeowners and real estate developers)
• Waterstar — Pool equipment manufacturing & supply (B2B sales to compound operators, hotels, and specialty retailers)

Work location: Nasr City office or Badr City factory — depending on task requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage the full sales pipeline for both companies
• B2C: Prospect individual clients and developers, present pool construction proposals, and close contracts
• B2B: Target compound managers, hotel procurement teams, and equipment retailers to close supply agreements
• Prepare and present quotations; negotiate terms through to deal closure
• Build and maintain a long-term client base with strong after-sales follow-up
• Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions when required

What We Offer

• Base salary: 10,000 – 14,000 EGP/month (based on experience)
• Commission: 10% of gross profit per closed deal — paid upon collection
• Expected OTE for strong performers: 25,000+ EGP/month
