Achieve sales & profit target –manage P&L to required budgetsMaintain & improve QSC standards ensuring profitability, sales growth & other agreed goalsEnsure that security measures & policies relating to cash stock & assets are implemented effectively with regard to salesDevelop projections of controllable items Implementation of Local Restaurant Marketing planCustomer relations managementDelivery of products meeting the quality, service & cleanliness standards requiredAwareness of competition and the local market situationImplementation of health and safety with adherence to all current legislationEnsure the proper level of hygiene, safety & maintenance in the restaurant, safe condition of work, food handling procedures, etc.Monitors sales projections and budgets versus actual salesImplements approved sales building programsAware of competitive actions and growthMaintain restaurant building and equipment in a condition that ensures customer service and customer image goals are metHandle customer complaint

Job Requirements :

Experience from 3 : 5 years in fast food industryBachelor degreesGood English levelClient relationshipsMax age 35
