Job Description :
Establish, document, and update quality assurance policies and procedures for the integrated Management systems.Implementation of Professional statistical process control techniques and quality tools in IMS processes.Plan, conduct, reporting and follow up internal audits and other quality assurance activitiesEvaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actionsDevelop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actionsCoordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providersInterpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures related to Quality, Safety, Food safety, Environments.Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards.Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems implemented.Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issuesCollect and compile statistical quality dataAnalyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systemPrepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activitiesMonitor risk management activities related to quality, food safety, and safety processesResponsible for document management systemsAssure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.Conduct training in quality and food safety topics.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Veterinary.Solid experience ineffective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis Minitab.Lead auditor in ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 & ISO 45001 & ISO 14001& BRC.Total Quality Management Diploma, “master degree preferred”.Poultry industry-specific experienced.Advanced knowledge in food safety principles.Knowledge of quality tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA.Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications, and databases.Key CompetenciesAuditor competencies (observant, objectivity, ethical….)Hard worker, working under pressure.Communication skills – verbal and written.Data collection, management, and analysis.Problem analysis and problem-solving.
