Job Description :

Establishing long-range public relation objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.Organize and manage public relations activities, projects and other media communication.Dealing with inquiries from the public, press-release & public agenda and analyzing media coverage.Organizing and attending events such as tours, visits and any external events & conferences.Implementing PR strategic plan and campaigns including budget and PR calendarWriting and producing press release for publicity and promotional purpose.Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior managementDrive and manage all Marketing and Communications activities, ranging from branding, events and exhibitions, leadership & employee communications, media relations, digital marketing and social media.Measure the effectiveness and success of comprehensive marketing and communications programs/ activities as appropriate to ensure proper brand image and position within the marketplace and the general public.Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson.Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.Introduce the university and take new students and parents to a campus tour. Prepare and submit PR and marketing reports.Manage PR and marketing issues.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (Preferable BA in Public Relations, Journalism or Mass Communications).Proven experience at least for 5 years in the same field or a similar one.Previous experience in a private university is a plus.Excellent command of English and Arabic verbal and written.Excellent Communication Skills.Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.Strong relationships with relevant media outlets in Egypt.Strong organizational and planning skills.Strong networking skills and the ability to build networks and partnerships.Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms.Can prioritize tasks and works well under pressure.Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
