Required to join an established company in Saudi Arabia working on the design and production of interior and exterior architecture, space planning, FFE, turnkey interior design as well as providing PM and contracting services.
The PM will Manage and monitor his assigned construction project (including monitoring the performance of the sub-contractor). Ensure that project is complete on time, within budget, and requirements.
Applicants should meet the following criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture etc
PMP desirable
10 + years of experience of managing construction projects with high quality finishes
MUST have GCC experience
