Have you delivered a full working Data Centre Project as the Principal Contractor ?
Our client is seen as a leading Bahrain Main Contractor working across Build & Civil Engineering.
This will be there FIRST DATA project so they are seeking to engage a Project Director / Project Manager that has a track record on Technology / Data Centre Projects.
You will bring with you the know how from previous projects on risk , delays and aspects of the build that are most challenging. If you have not BUILT a Data Centre then afraid you are NOT for our client as they are specific on the skill set they wish to engage.
Reporting into the General Manager you will take full P&L for this project handling all departments and aspects on site . You will drive , coordinate and manage contracts , risk , technical , delivery ., safety , quality and so on. You will understand that the project is about the team and that your responsible for driving , motivating and leading everyone. Can you coordinate this orchestra to project completion , profitability and success ?
