About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Partner Team Lead to oversee key HR operational activities and support employee lifecycle management across assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for people partner administration, including workforce planning, employee relations, contract management, investigations follow-up, and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly meetings with Operations Managers and Area Managers to review regional workforce plans, including staffing updates, branch openings, closures, and branch mergers.
  • Participate in branch manager nomination and selection interviews.
  • Prepare monthly reports covering employee resignations within the region and conduct exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and support employee retention strategies.
  • Follow up on regional hiring and onboarding plans for administrative roles.
  • Prepare monthly reports on newly opened branches, closed branches, and merged branches.
  • Monitor and follow up on annual employee performance evaluations and any related amendments.
  • Coordinate with the Personnel Department to ensure completion of missing employee documentation.
  • Follow up on resignation documentation, obtain acknowledgment signatures, and coordinate submission to the Archives Department.
  • Resolve social insurance-related issues in coordination with the Insurance Department.
  • Monitor and support ongoing issues related to the MenaME application.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, incentives, and HR-related matters.
  • Handle and follow up on employee inquiries received via phone or email concerning all HR functions.
  • Ensure employee activation and attendance registration on fingerprint systems.
  • Follow up on employment contract signing and renewal processes.
  • Monitor employee investigations, communicate outcomes clearly, address grievances when needed, and ensure employees acknowledge investigation results.
