Job Description :
Answer whatsapp enquirers related to the online courses.Provide all details regarding the online classes.Complete the booking for the students.Monitor, follow up the website records.Create time table and schedule for the students.Send the recorded sessions on daily basis.Assist online students in day-to-day coordination and registration of the inline course .Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.Cooperate between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.Coordinate and manage online tasks to ensure perfect delivery within timelines.Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular whats app communications..Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
