Job Description :

Creating and maintaining filing systems.Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes.Keeping diaries and arranging appointments.Handling customers inside companyManaging and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing.Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataAssist colleagues whenever necessaryTransfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scansControl shipments between main office and the branches.

Job Requirements :

English: very good speaking & writingProven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesVery good knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc)Females only.Shift basis
