Job Description :
· Develop and implement the promotional strategies to increase market share, achievegrowth in the product performance· Leverage market research for direct value generation for the business in line with theindustry trends/best practices to deliver superior business outcomes for customers,partners, decision makers, sales, strategies, and operational team.· Develop supporting materials with quantitative and qualitative-driven insights,advocating for creative and innovative solutions to complex problems· Research the market to learn the competitive environment · Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan for controlling advertisement,promotion and sales aid· Communicate the value propositions of the products to the sales team and develops thesales tools that support the selling process.· Set strategic objectives and priorities for the product and look for opportunities to takeadvantage of trends in the market
Job Requirements :
· 4 – 6 years of experience in same position in a reputable building materialscompany. Construction materials market experience would be an asset.· Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and valuable ideas· Written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and businesstarget audience· Excellent use of Excel in specific and other MS Office applications in general (CRM &ERP is an asset)· Fluent English
