Job Description :
You as a Junior Tendering Specialist will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will be responsible for administrating, consulting, and negotiating product or service contracts with Internal and external customers. Developing pre-sales contract strategies and works closely with Sales & Tendering and business management teams to structure proposals and contracts, bid documents. Your responsibilities: Preparing timely and comprehensive offers and Quotations for High Voltage Service Portfolio RFQ and enquires. Determining most technical appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Collaborating across the Sales support team in offering solutions to country / region specific customers. Closing and collaborating with the Product Group Marketing & Service Sales Managers responsible for the global market. Analyzing customer needs through general market info and information provided. Ensuring all proposals follow relevant Hitachi Energy Procedures and guidelines. Rationalizing terms and conditions and reviewing and analyze the offers and quotations technical documents and requirements and identifies the scope of supply, configuration of the product with relevant options, prepares list of technical deviations and clarifications, prepares data sheets, prepares comments to customer’s technical specifications including quality plans, painting specifications, document lists, etc. Preparing of complete commercial quotation considering different strategies. Obtaining sales manager support during Offers/Quotations for adequate follow-up and proper answers during the Offer clarification process. Coordinating with multiple functions (Design, Project management, SCM etc.) as part of tendering activity. Cost analysis & lost proposal analysis to obtain better future offering. Experience in Tendering and relevant is required. Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic language is required.
