n collaboration with the Line of Business Services Departments, Junior Implementer Provide on-site and remote services to ECS customers during the SAP applications implementation process.
Job Requirements :
0-3 Year of Experience.Bachelor degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.Basic Knowledge of Enterprise resource planning systems preferably SAP.Excellent Command of written and spoken English Language.Customer and Personal Service Knowledge, knowing the principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
