CESRO is one of Egypt’s leading garment manufacturers, specializing in bottom-wear. We’re building out our HR function from the ground up, and we need someone who can handle the day-to-day people operations that keep the business running smoothly.

Role Overview

You’ll be the operational backbone of HR at CESRO — handling everything from contracts and attendance to employee relations and compliance. While the Recruiter focuses on hiring, you focus on everything that happens after someone joins.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Track attendance, leaves, and overtime across all departments
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and deduction data
• Handle onboarding paperwork and employee file setup for new hires
• Manage offboarding processes — final settlements, exit documentation
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues
• Support managers in handling performance and disciplinary matters in line with Egyptian labor law
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance requirements
• Coordinate with Social Insurance and Labor Office when needed
• Help draft and enforce internal HR policies and procedures
