Job Description :

Job Role:Responsible and oversee safety across the school training and academic activities.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProviding all needed awareness and training for the school team and supporting them with all needed recommendations.Ensuring that trainees are aware of with safety instructions before starting training.Continuous measuring of School & training risks and hazards and taking all needed action to eliminate the risks or decrease it to the acceptable value in cooperation with school management.Applying OHSAS in school in accordance with international standard.Cooperation with the school team to understand their routine work and their jobs needs to select the more suitable methods for their safety.Investigate all unsafe actions and activities and take all needed actions to ensure that all training activities are on the planned track.Ensuring that all trainees and teachers are wearing PPEs and moving in staying in allowed area during their practical sessions.Stopping Training if needed based on safety requirements in cooperation with school management.Distributing all needed signs in school.Finding root causes of all problems to prevent its occurrence.Aligning with School security about HSE requirements for visitors.Setting and evaluating and improving school evacuation plan.Oversee the situation of firefighting system and equipment and fire alarm system.Managing all legal requirements of safety in school.

Job Requirements :

QualificationsBCS. Degree2 years’ experience at least in Safety in factories have machinery workshops and sheet metal operations such as cutting, welding, …etc. certified in OHSAS 18001OHSAS 18001 Training is highly preferred.Conducting OHSAS Internal Audits.SkillsStrong Communication skills.Teamwork.Time management.Problem Solving and conflict management.Presentation skills.Ability to work always in proactive mode.Computer, Internet and mail skillsMS Office Skills.
