Speed Medical Company is Now looking to hire #Group FacilityManager as follows.Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so onSupervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and securityEnsuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintainedManaging budgets and ensuring cost-effectivenessAllocating and managing space between buildingsEnsuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, Health and security standardsAdvising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectivenessOverseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishmentsHelping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasingDrafting reports and making written recommendations  

Job Requirements :

Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent field.Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental – Knowledge of general maintenance methods,functions.Operating requirements, and safety procedures related to facilities management.Healthcare, Laboratories Background Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
