Charterhouse is working with a well-established and highly respected Qatari owned conglomerate, who is looking to hire a General Manager for their ReadyMix subsidiary. This is a top management position reporting directly to the Group CEO and Board of Directors.
As the General Manager, you will coordinate and oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the company and ensure clear and positive communication between all stakeholders, employees, customers, suppliers, and government entities.
This role requires someone who can perform well under pressure, lead by example showing behaviour consistent with the company’s strong values, and have a problem-solving aptitude.
