A dynamic and innovative company with office in JLT is seeking for a professional and proactive Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and provides essential administrative support to various departments within the company.

Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for building access.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
  • Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
