Job Description :

Responsibilities:

Supervises the purchasing team and lead it toward achieving the department goals.
Fully responsible for all foreign purchasing transactions from the placement of the P.O. till the goods are received in our warehouse including logistics and bank transactions .related to the import process.
Monitors all daily correspondence with foreign suppliers.
Revises all the foreign suppliers’ accounts to ensure their correctness.
Communicates with banks to follow up the suppliers’ payments.
Follows up the documentation of each shipment and ensure their correctness.

Job Requirements :

Qualifications:

Should have at least 3 – 5 years of proven success in a similar managerial position
Mastering all the tasks related to the import process to Egypt including all the required government legalities.
Very strong leadership skills and proven ability to teach and influence the behavior of others.
Perfect command of both written and spoken English is a must.
Very strong accounting background.Basic computer skills like “MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, & email” & ability to learn the company internal system.
Proven ability of acting independently.
Very Hard worker and able to deliver quality work for long hours.Highly responsible, proactive, precise, and well organized.
