Job Description :
Responsible for completing the inventory actions Responsible for tracking Nile university assets movement and to ensure that all movement are updated in our Fixed Assets Register.Responsible for FA registering, barcoding and labelling assets and reconciliation.Check warehouses physical condition and take all necessary actions to rectify issues before or upon occur.Supervising all warehouses and coding warehouse itemsMaintaining only Nile university sufficient stock levels and avoid any excessive in storage.Monitoring and controlling the inventory conducted by the department team on a semi-annual and annual basis for all stored items.Update warehouse key register and complete handover for the team members.Conducting sudden inventory operations on the warehouse.Preparing monthly and annual warehouse reports
Job Requirements :
Previous experience is a must – Five years in the same gradeExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsAbility to accurately track inventory and create reportsAn analytical mind with strong math skillsExcellent organizational and planning skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesWorking knowledge of inventory management softwareMicrosoft Office Computer SkillsExcellent communication skillsPreferable commercial or mathematical backgroundBSc/BA in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field
