JOB PURPOSE:Supervise all the Civil and Fire Protection daily work activities and operations along with all facilities maintenance activities in the LRT stations and buildings to enhance the smooth operations for buildings and ensure maintenance reliability. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES• Assist the Civil and Fire Protection Manager in the daily work activities to enhance LRT buildings and stations efficiency and to ensure maintenance reliability.• Develop, plan, and schedule the Civil facilities and Fire Protection Maintenance activities and complete the MMS to enhance maintenance effectiveness.• Develop and update the documentation related to the activities (plan, procedures, operating modes, reports, etc.).• Monitor and Supervise the Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm activities and performance to ensure work completion properly.• Supervise the maintenance team operations according to the business needs and roster planning.• Diagnose the faults as reported to set the proper maintenance and repairing action plan.• Ensure the proper utilization of tools and spare parts usage to make the proper optimization of maintenance process.• Support the Civil and Fire Protection Manager in the Performance management and KPIs for staff members and the subcontractors.• Ensure tools and spare parts availability in the warehouse.• Apply the proper checklist regulations to ensure the equipment availability and reliability as maintenance activities requires.• Monitor and ensure the implementation of the housekeeping activities in LRT Bader Depot as required.• Generate the relevant statistical maintenance report on periodical bases; (Daily – Weekly – Monthly).• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.• This position is subject to on-site work as well as on-call services and punctual night/weekend works.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEQUALIFICATIONS:• BSc. Civil Engineering or equivalent.KNOWLEDGE:• Knowledge of Fire Protection maintenance activities.• Knowledge in Civil and Facilities repairing works.• Fluent English.• MS Office.EXPERIENCE:• 4-5 years’ experience either in construction civil works or in Fire Protection Systems.• Metro stations civil construction experience is a plus.DESIRED BEHAVIORS• Supervising skills.• Team Player.• Ability to communicate with staff of all levels.• Ability to supervise and control.• Possess analytical and critical ability.• Possess leadership quality.• Think out of the box to identify nonconventional solutions for work activities.• Possess self-drive and enthusiasm.• Problem solving ability.
